Position Vacant – Change & Continuous Improvement Coordinator
The Opportunity
The focus of this newly created role is to work with people to help them feel prepared, equipped, and supported through times of change.
The role is also responsible for maintaining compliance with established systems and processes whilst helping to facilitate effective change projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. This includes working closely with all stakeholders to plan, implement, monitor and review changes in a way that meets project objectives whilst minimising risk and business disruption.
This hands-on role is part of the People and Development team. It is also a great career development opportunity for anyone seeking to advance into a management role.

What you will need to succeed
Ideally, the successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated success in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience working with or auditing Quality Management Systems.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and effective writing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to coach, collaborate and influence others.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organisation and admin skills.
- Self-sufficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
